Famigliari che non vengono tenuti al corrente e se ti permetti di chiamare non si è presi in considerazione ed è palese che sono infastiditi. Tutta questa storiella sulla pandemia ha scoperchiato un servizio carente senza un briciolo di empatia. Se non avete umanità vi consiglio vivamente di cambiare lavoro Anti covid rules are one thing humanity is another. Humanity for the elderly completely non-existent. Family members who are not kept in the know and if you allow yourself to call they are not taken into consideration and it is clear that they are annoyed. This whole pandemic story has uncovered poor service without a shred of empathy. If you have no humanity, I highly recommend that you change jobs
I	Ilaria Rizzello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto una stella perché non si può mettere zero!!!mio padre ,malato oncologico in fase terminale per un microcitoma polmonare arriva al ps con un versamento pleurico abbastanza importante e rimane parcheggiato qui dopo aver fatto un drenaggio polmonare, per tre giorni in attesa di un posto letto in oncologia che arriverà dopo ulteriori 10 giorni di continue sollecitazioni passati nel frattempo in medicina 1 senza che gli venisse fatta una consulenza oncologica! Entra in oncologia il 23 ottobre e il 31 muore.Il peggioramento di mio padre lo scopro nel primissimo pomeriggio quando porto il cambio, e chiedendo all infermiere come stesse papà..... mi risponde che stava morendo! E che la notte anche era stato malissimo, solo che lui con la effetto della morfina la mattina quando l ho sentito forse non ha ricordato quello che era successoNESSUNO e dico NESSUNO si era degnato di avvisarci...uno schifo!Sono rimasta scioccata anche perché papà lo avevo sentito 3 ore prima! Fantastici e amorevoli tutti gli operatori del nido, OSS e tutti gli infermieri. Ottimo anche il personale del centro trasfusionale dell'ospedale. Grazie a tutti per quello che siete ma soprattutto per quello che fate. Absolutely wonderful. All the staff in the obstetrics department and the entire delivery team. Fantastic and loving all the nursery workers, OSS and all the nurses. The staff of the hospital blood transfusion center is also excellent. Thank you all for who you are but above all for what you do.
F	Federica Cazzola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al pronto soccorso, i medici litigavano tra loro, per chi avesse o cosa avessero fatto quelli del turno prima...sembrava di stare a vedere al teatro o in TV delle commedie all'italiana. Io che ci avevo portato il mio bimbo di 3 anni ho dovuto litigare dopo una attesa di 12 ore senza mangiare e bere perché positivi, perché venissimo trasferiti in pediatria a Brindisi dove gia ci avevano tenuto un posto letto. Ma i medici del pronto soccorso di lecce, nonostante avessero a che fare con un bimbo, avevano altro a cui pensare, cioè le far valere i loro diritti lamentandosi dei medici del turno prima e prendendo caffè in continuo. Il bello è che si sentiva tutto. Peccato non mettere 0 stelle. I, who had brought my 3-year-old son with us, had to fight after waiting for 12 hours without eating and drinking because they were positive, because we were transferred to pediatrics in Brindisi where they had already kept us a bed. But the doctors of the emergency room in Lecce, despite having to deal with a child, had other things to think about, that is to assert their rights by complaining about the doctors on the first shift and taking coffee continuously. Al Dea Pronto soccorso è una vergogna in 4 ore di attesa hanno visitato 2 persone mi sono recata per ben 2 volte e sono stata costretta ad andare via per disperazione! In tempo di Covid la sala di attesa pullula di ammalati con 3/ 4 parenti al seguito. Hai un numero ma non hai una minima idea di quante persone siano davanti a te e i medici e infermieri rispondono in maniera sgarbata scocciata e maleducata pretendendo pure aiuto da te paziente ( un dottore o infermiere entrando con un paziente in barella mi si è rivoltato contro perché secondo lui dovevo chiudere la porta aperta da lui!!!!!). La porta dove visitano quei pochi fortunati è aperta al pubblico può entrare chiunque pazienti e accompagnatori... zero privacy e ambiente sterile! Puoi guardare chi è dentro come li medicano, cosa fanno, vestiti in mutande UNA VERGOGNA!!!!! COME IN UNA CANDID CAMERA . Non ero andata al P.s. per passare una serata diversa mi auguro di non diventare una vittima di malasanità!!!!! Hallucinating and not at all professional! Se avessi fatto come hanno detto loro io sarei con la peritonite e in condizioni critiche e per questo devo togliere una stella. Le altre quattro stelle se le meritano tutte gli infermieri e i medici di chirurgia Pediatrica che rispettano gli orari, sono simpatici con i loro pazienti, quindi questo vuol dire che fanno di tutto per il lavoro che svolgono. Nurses at the entrance to the emergency room believe they know who, they think they know everything. If I had done as they said I would be with peritonitis and in critical condition and for this I have to remove a star. The other four stars deserve all the nurses and pediatric surgery doctors who respect their schedules, are nice to their patients, so this means that they do everything for the work they do.

Nonostante sapessero delle condizioni di mio padre (cartella clinica alla mano), non ci hanno informati adeguatamente sulle possibili conseguenze dell'operazione, anzi più precisamente dell'anestesia. Dall'intervento la situazione delle altre patologie è notevolmente peggiorata. Dopo circa 7 mesi le condizioni generali sono decisamente compromesse. Non cammina più, è costretto a letto e alla sedia a rotelle. Probabilmente l'operazione era evitabile ma ci hanno spaventati e ci siamo affidati a loro. Il post operazione è stato traumatico, non sapevano gestire la situazione in quanto mio padre era agitatissimo dopo il risveglio dall'anestesia, così ci hanno chiamati a casa per far venire a stare fisso notte e giorno per una settimana un parente. Dopo di che abbiamo firmato per riportarlo a casa, dove successivamente si è ripreso ma nonostante ciò non era più quello di prima e ha avuto un declino generale irreversibile a distanza di pochi mesi. Non so quanto possano percepire dei medici per un'operazione ma la superficialità con cui è stato trattato mio padre dopo l'intervento è stata vergognosa. Questa, a mio parere, è malasanità. After that we signed up to bring him back home, where he subsequently recovered but nevertheless he was no longer what he was before and had an irreversible general decline within a few months. I don't know how much doctors can perceive for an operation but the superficiality with which my father was treated after the surgery was shameful. This, in my opinion, is medical malpractice.

In oculistica ci sono dei chirurghi validi, Besozzi, in particolare, che ha operato mio padre. Due cose negative che ho riscontrato: il cibo freddo e insipido; e le medicine che bisogna portarsi da casa. Il resto fa parte della norma degli ospedali. The staff are very nice, except for a few arrogant elements, but luckily that's a fraction. In ophthalmology there are valid surgeons, Besozzi, in particular, who operated on my father. Two negative things I encountered: cold and bland food; and the medicines you need to bring from home. The rest is part of the hospital norm.
