Ho 3 Iqos che girano ed è normale che ogni tanto hanno dei problemi perché vengono usate molto, ogni volta che vado per farle sistemare è un parto e quando vengono sostituiti gli holder si tengono la caps nuova rivendendola come tale, al posto di ridare al cliente la possibilità usufruire di una sigaretta rigenerata.. Penso che un' azienda come la PM se ha dei corner marchiati debba avere un controllo maggiore sugli operatori o almeno formarli anche se franchising.. Gentilmente il personale del negozio mi ha risolto il problema (anche perdendo più tempo del previsto) sostituendomi il prodotto danneggiato! Personale molto gentile e professionale!
