★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono maleducati invece di aiutarti ti rovinanofinche paghi tutto bene ma se ti succede qualcosa com'è andata ame ti rovinano facendoti chiamare dalle peggiori recupera credito insultandosi e tu segnalano anche se dopo paghi rimani segnalato come se fossi un delinquente io pagherò fino alla fine e non farò mai più un finanziamento perché non e colpa mia del covid sconsiglio a tutti di andare vi rovinano non vi aiutano non andateci mai

Non è possibile rispondere alla email di conferma dell'appuntamento.
Al telefono il risponditore automatico ti fa digitare ogni numero possibile ma non c'è l'opzione per annullare o gestire l'appuntamento.
Dal sito web è possibile solo spostare l'appuntamento, ma non annullarlo.
Così per evitare che "il cliente scappi" non danno altra possibilità che dargli buca senza preavviso, tenendo impegnata la fascia oraria senza dare possibilità di usufruirne a chi ne avrebbe bisogno.
I have to cancel an appointment, but there is no solution to do it.
It is not possible to reply to the appointment confirmation email.
On the phone the auto responder makes you type every possible number but there is no option to cancel or manage the appointment.
From the website, you can only move the appointment, but not cancel it.
So to avoid that "the customer escapes" they give him no other possibility than to give him the hole without warning, keeping the time slot busy without giving the possibility to use it to those who would need it.
