Uno degli addetti mi ha urlato in faccia che avrei dovuto smettere di rompere i c….. solo perché mi sono permessa di chiedergli, visto che trovava sulla porta, se potesse darmi il resto non rilasciato dal distributore automatico, benché dovesse aprire dopo mezzora. A fronte di una richiesta educata di una cliente che chiede una cortesia per non dovere attendere mezzora (per avere il proprio resto) credo che sarebbe stata doverosa una maggiore educazione ed un maggiore controllo dei propri nervi, in quanto la scenata di ieri è stata davvero gratuita e fuori luogo.
Di certo non entrerò mai più in questo esercizio.

I will certainly never go into this exercise again.
