Non solo ho scoperto in Andrea e Matteo delle persone professionali, gentili e disponibili, ma soprattutto ho trovato quell'assistenza post-vendita che non pensavo esistesse più: quando ho avuto dei problemi, non si sono tirati indietro e anzi mi sono venuti incontro. Lo consiglio vivamente...10 e lode!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza "dolceamara". I prodotti, piastrelle, buoni e made in Italy. Per le tempistiche armatevi di pazienza perché non hanno NULLA in magazzino e bisogna ordinare ogni cosa: ci sta, ma sarebbe bene comunicarlo da subito anche con dei cartelli. Sulla esperienza di acquisto alcuni ragazzi consigliano in modo discreto, ma uno -senza denigrare nessuno, se ci andate capirete subito con chi avete a che fare- tratta con supponenza e atteggiamento di chi sa tutto, tentando di continuo di indirizzare la vendita a suo piacimento (probabilmente perché hanno obiettivi da raggiungere su prodotti in offerta o altro). Altra cosa: non innamoratevi di nulla, spesso e volentieri anche se un tipo di piastrelle è esposto appena controllano risulta non più disponibile.

For the timing, arm yourself with patience because they have NOTHING in stock and you have to order everything: it fits, but it would be good to communicate it immediately even with signs. On the shopping experience some guys advise in a discreet way, but one - without denigrating anyone, if you go there you will immediately understand who you are dealing with - treats with the arrogance and attitude of someone who knows everything, constantly trying to direct the sale to his liking (probably because they have goals to achieve on products on offer or otherwise). Another thing: do not fall in love with anything, often and willingly even if a type of tile is exposed as soon as they check it is no longer available.

Ci hanno messo subito a nostro agio e hanno capito immediatamente che la persona da convincere e soprattutto rassicurare sull'ottima riuscita del lavoro era la mia compagna Giulia. Armati quindi di una pazienza sovrumana l'hanno portata passo passo nella scelta di tutti i loro ottimi prodotti per un risultato senza eguali. Siamo contentissimi li consiglieremo sicuramente. Da parte mia, fate una statua a quei due ragazzi, se la meritano.

Non si riceve certo un consiglio personalizzato, ma la disponibilità dei ragazzi che ci lavorano è stata notevole. Sono molto contenta del risultato, la fantasia scelta non l’avevo trovata altrove!
