★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza nel negozio Porto Mantovano (Mantova). Ho fatto acquisti per 6500 euro (rifatto bagno e pavimenti). Mi hanno venduto un lavandino sbagliato, non adatto per misure al mobile (anche nei loro cataloghi non compatibile). Non hanno ammesso l'errore, non l'hanno cambiato, un comportamento allucinante per dei professionisti che scaricano sull'acquirente un loro errore e la loro incompetenza....poi errori nelle misure dei metri quadri di piastrelle, battiscopa ecc.ecc... Statene alla larga, per qualche prezzo competitivo vi fanno spendere di più per incompetenza!!! E poi arroganti come se fossero gli unici sul mercato, mai stato trattato così da qualsiasi venditore. Spero per loro che nelle altre città non siano al livello (pessimo) di Mantova.
Bad experience in the Porto Mantovano shop (Mantua). I made purchases for 6500 euros (bathroom and floors redone). They sold me a wrong sink, not suitable for furniture measurements (even in their catalogs not compatible). They did not admit the mistake, they did not change it, a hallucinatory behavior for professionals who download their mistake and their incompetence on the buyer .... then errors in the measurements of square meters of tiles, skirting boards, etc.etc. .. Stay away, for some competitive price they make you spend more for incompetence !!! And then arrogant as if they were the only ones on the market, never been treated like this by any seller. I hope for them that in the other cities they are not at the (very bad) level of Mantua.
