Non dicasi altrettanto del magazzino esterno di cui abbiamo avuto bisogno oggi.
Mia moglie è stata trattata malissimo da un commesso maleducatissimo e arrogante che invece di fare il proprio lavoro con coscienza, si è rivolto verso di lei ( che aveva già pagato in precedenza) con superbia e strafottenza.
Dispiace davvero che per questo ,autodefinitasi Pinco Pallino, venga meno la considerazione avuta finora per l'azienda.

My wife was treated very badly by a very rude and arrogant salesman who instead of doing his job conscientiously, turned to her (who had already paid previously) with pride and arrogance.

Already made purchases at this shop, the staff is competent and polite, good value for money and the show room is very varied. I went back to buy additional parts or spare parts and I always found everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale scortese, ero in fila ed era le ore 18: 40, uscivano le persone e non facevano entrare in più passava le ore, e alle 19:30 chiudevano. Bastava che dicevano, noi più di 20 persone in base alle regole covid, uscivano persone e non facciamo entrare poteva dire valutate voi il tempo. Invece è uscito fuori il dipendente attaccandomi, urlando. io non ve li consiglio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero in fila per entrare perché loro più di 20 persone non fanno entrare per regole covid erano le 18:40 e sono uscite 8 persone e ne hanno fatte entrare solo 2 dopo 30 minuti d' attesa.
Chiedendo spiegazioni è uscito un vostro dipende con molta arroganza e maleducazione ,che ha detto non abbiamo queste regole e le 19:30 si chiude . Come me sono andati via 4 potenzialità clienti, avrei dovuto comprare un mobile per il bagno e 80mq di pavimento. In spc. Che ho comprato a Leroy merlin .personale ignorante non ve li consiglio.
I was in line to enter because more than 20 people do not let in due to covid rules it was 6.40 pm and 8 people came out and only let 2 in after 30 minutes of waiting.
Asking for explanations, one of your employees came out with a lot of arrogance and rudeness, who said we don't have these rules and 19:30 closes. Like me, 4 potential customers left, I should have bought a bathroom furniture and 80sqm of floor. In spc. Which I bought at Leroy Merlin. Ignorant staff I do not recommend them.
