Ci siamo trovati veramente bene, qualità e prezzi delle materie prime molto buone e tutto fatto in Italia finalmente. I dipendenti molto preparati hanno saputo darci ottime idee, disponibili in quanto ci hanno seguito con molta pazienza ( mia moglie era molto indecisa e difficile) consegna puntuale come nei tempi prestabiliti. Per chi deve fare casa lo consigliamo vivamente.

Come to this Show Room to choose tiles and bathroom furniture for our first home !!! We had a really good time, very good quality and prices of raw materials and all done in Italy at last. The very prepared employees were able to give us excellent ideas, available as they followed us with a lot of patience (my wife was very indecisive and difficult) on time delivery as on schedule. For those who have to do home we highly recommend it.

Quiet place, 2 employees behind the counter, we were inside about half an hour and no one came over to see if we needed. Conclusion if you want to buy or get advice this is not the place for you, if you want to spend half an hour in complete relaxation I recommend it

In sintesi è questa la valutazione che, per la mia esperienza, merita la catena IPER CERAMICA, 2 Stelle (solo grazie alla gentilezza del personale, ne meriterebbero 1).
Ho acquistato a fine Novembre 2021 tutto il mariale necessario per rinnovare 2 bagni (Parliamo di un valore complessivo di circa 2400 €).
Dopo 4 rinvii la merce viene consegnata a inizio Febbraio, nessuna mail di scuse o possibili agevolazioni per il disagio sono state inviate dalla direzione.
Dopo la consegna ci accorgiamo che una maniglia doccia non è
compatibile con le tubature (Valore 45 €), vado il giorno stesso al negozio e mi dicono che loro non hanno l'autorita per far rendere prodotti ai clienti, mi invitano ad inviare una mail, dopo 4 giorni nessuno si è fatto vivo ma credo fortemente che non mi accetteranno il reso nonostante tutti i disagi che ci hanno procurato.
Sicuramente non farò buona pubblicità alla catena e non tornerò
Aggiornamento: 2 ore dopo la recensione mi hanno contattato, provvederò al reso pagando loro 15 euro di trasporto, avrebbero fatto una miglior figura se si fossero accollati i costi di spedizione ma va bene comunque.

In summary, this is the evaluation that, in my experience, the IPER CERAMICA chain deserves, 2 stars (only thanks to the kindness of the staff, they deserve 1).
I purchased at the end of November 2021 all the material necessary to renovate 2 bathrooms (We are talking about a total value of about € 2400).
After 4 postponements, the goods are delivered at the beginning of February, no apology emails or possible concessions for the inconvenience have been sent by the management.
After delivery we find that a shower handle is not
compatible with pipes (Value € 45), I go to the shop the same day and they tell me that they do not have the authority to make customers return products, they invite me to send an email, after 4 days no one has shown up but I think strongly that they will not accept the return despite all the inconvenience they have caused us.
I will definitely not advertise the chain well and will not return
Update: 2 hours after the review they contacted me, I will return it by paying them 15 euros for transport, they would have made a better impression if they had paid the shipping costs but that's okay anyway.
