S	Sara B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dovuto fare l'acquisto qui in quanto mi han dato un tempo di consegna inferiore a un altro negozio, mi serviva un pezzo velocemente per poter finire i lavori di ristrutturazione bagno. I prezzi sono troppo superiori alla concorrenza (corpo incasso doccia + maniglia 220 euro vs 80 euro della concorrenza, stesso modello, stessa marca, stesse finiture). Ovviamente non ha senso spendere il 200% del prezzo in più, avevo solo urgenza del pezzo, quindi ho deciso di acquistare. E per fortuna che è arrivato in pochi giorni, perché dopo aver fatto il bonifico mi era stato detto che sarebbe arrivato dopo un mese, cosa che poi, per fortuna, così non è stata. Risposta: All'atto dell'ordine in negozio il giorno 26.02 mi è stato detto di mandare la ricevuta di bonifico cosi l'ordine sarebbe partito prima e che la data di consegna sarebbe stata il 10.03 (è scritto anche sull'ordine). Alla mia richiesta info il giorno 11.03 mi è stato detto che sarebbe arrivato a fine mese di marzo - senza neanche un vostro contatto a Mamoli per la conferma di tale informazione! Ho chiamato io Mamoli i quali mi hanno detto che tempi così lunghi non rientravano assolutamente nei loro standard. E solo dopo mio sollecito abbiamo scoperto assieme che l'ordine era in realtà già partito. Confido che la mia esperienza sia stata solo un caso, e che tutti i vostri clienti si trovino benissimo con voi. Buone cose. Answer: When ordering in the shop on 26.02 I was told to send the bank transfer receipt so the order would start earlier and that the delivery date would be 10.03 (it is also written on the order). At my info request on 11.03 I was told that it would arrive at the end of March - without even your contact in Mamoli to confirm this information! I called Mamoli who told me that such a long time was absolutely not within their standards. And only after my reminder did we discover together that the order had actually already started. Ringraziamo in particolar modo il nostro venditore Fabio Santi per la professionalità e ... pazienza. Ci ha accompagnati e consigliati nella scelta di ogni accessorio e soprattutto consigliati negli abbinamenti piastrelle mosaico (ero nel panico) - ottimo gusto - Ha saputo sempre cosa offrire per soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Il mobile davvero molto bello, pesante e robusto, grande flessibilità sulle varianti: forme, colori, materiale e mix rubinetteria. Se avete bisogno di un bagno nuovo, lo consiglio davvero. Io ci tornerò ancora per l'accessoristica.
