Spero che si attuino dei provvedimenti perché se rimane il personale che ho incontrato oggi 27 gennaio 2021 non mi vedrete mai più! Peccato che il negozio di Magenta abbia commesse per nulla cortesi, disponibilità e aiuto alla clientela che rasenta lo zero. Di solito me ne fregavo dato che adoro questa marca, ma da quando mia figlia, crescendo , ha inziato a portare la taglia 24-30 ogni volta mi commuovo nel trovare qualche capo disponibile! E' assurdo! Con oggi, tra l'ennesima volta di un viaggio vuoto + l'arroganza della commessa a cui ho chiesto informazioni , ci rinuncio , con la Bluekids di Magenta ho chiuso, comprerò on line. I really like Bluekids itself, very nice clothes and great value for money. Too bad that the Magenta shop has orders that are not at all courteous, helpful and help to customers who are close to zero. Volevo solo segnalare l'arroganza e la maleducazione di una delle 2 commesse. Risponde sempre in malo modo! Credo abbia sbagliato lavoro perché di fronte ai clienti non ci si può comportare così. E ancora "devo chiudere".. Un continuo! Mezz'ora di ansia! Non ci metterò mai più piede Closing at 19, and from 18.20 until 18.50 a Continuo being told "finished with the purchases? I have to close" .. Or "at 19.00 I close" .. And again "I have to close" .. A continuous! Half an hour of anxiety! I will never set foot there again
