scrivo queste poche righe per esprimere tutto il mio disappunto riguardo alla Vs. assistenza tecnica. Ho la caldaia guasta dalla sera del 07/02/2020, siamo senza riscaldamento e senza acqua calda ed a distanza di giorni non siete ancora riusciti a risolvere il problema, rimandandoci di giorno in giorno, nonostante siamo in pieno inverno!
Considero tale comportamento estremamente scorretto e poco professionale, per nulla attento alle esigenze altrui.
Mi auguro che non sia il comportamento medio che tenete nei confronti dei Vs. clienti, soprattutto nei casi di emergenza.

I am writing these few lines to express all my disappointment regarding your technical assistance. I have a faulty boiler since the evening of 07/02/2020, we are without heating and without hot water and after days you have not yet managed to solve the problem, postponing us day by day, despite the fact that we are in the middle of winter!
I consider this behavior extremely incorrect and unprofessional, not at all attentive to the needs of others.
I hope it is not the average behavior you hold towards your customers, especially in emergencies.
