★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ...non discuto la qualità dell'auto usata acquistata. Ma bensì che nascondono difetti estetici che una volta scoperto dopo l acquisto non vengono sistemati. Oltretutto in fase di acquisto grandi promesse e convenevoli...una volta firmato spariscono.
 ... I do not dispute the quality of the used car purchased. But rather they hide aesthetic defects that once discovered after purchase are not fixed. Moreover, during the purchase phase, great promises and pleasantries ... once signed they disappear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Credo che acquistare una vettura presso Iperauto sia una garanzia ma la vera soddisfazione per me è stata nel aver conosciuto il Sig Capponi, persona cortese, professionale e prontamente disponibile anche nel risolvere eventuali problemi post vendita. Infatti il giorno dopo aver ritirato la vettura mi sono accorto che mancavano alcuni oggetti in dotazione, dopo averlo comunicato telefonicamente mi sono stati recapitati a casa in un paio di giorni tramite corriere, questa x me è serietà. Una nota di merito anche x il Sig. Jacopo anche lui preciso e puntuale nelle comunicazioni.

I believe that buying a car from Iperauto is a guarantee but the real satisfaction for me was in having met Mr. Capponi, a courteous, professional and readily available person also in solving any after-sales problems. In fact, the day after picking up the car I realized that some items were missing, after having communicated it by telephone they were delivered to my home in a couple of days by courier, this is serious for me. A note of merit also x Mr. Jacopo also precise and punctual in communications.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima concessionaria, ho acquistato un auto da loro trovandola su internet... posso dire che era proprio come descritta e loro si sono trovati subito pronti e molto cordiali. Mi e stata consegnata tagliandata e pulita. La consiglio vivamente.
Excellent dealership, I bought a car from them by finding it on the internet ... I can say it was just as described and they were immediately ready and very friendly. It was delivered to me clean and serviced. I highly recommend it.

Mi chiedo come possa ricevere uno stipendio una persona simile . In sette minuti ,sei dei quali passati al telefono è riuscito a liquidarmi in una maniera insensata . Ottimo servizio
Good evening! Wasting words for the treatment received today by dear Mr. Capponi is as useless as wet toilet paper ... I wonder how such a person can get a salary. In seven minutes, six of which passed on the phone managed to liquidate me in a senseless way. Excellent service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il Signor Capponi, responsabile della sede usato, a mio parere è una persona arrogante e se non fai parte della sua rete "commercianti auto" non ti fa entrare nel suo giro...peccato che così facendo rovina l'immagine della Iperauto che è una grande e seria realtà in Lombardia, se fossi nei panni del titolare mi farei un paio di domande e controllerei un po' di più i comportamenti di quest'ultimo. Detto questo:

In my opinion, Mr. Capponi, manager of the used office, is an arrogant person and if you are not part of his network "auto dealers" he will not let you into his circle ... it is a pity that by doing so it ruins the image of the Iperauto that is a great and serious reality in Lombardy, if I were in the role of the owner I would ask myself a couple of questions and check the behavior of the latter a little more. Said this:
