★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho da pochi giorni una isp6 che ieri ho usato per impastare un grande lievitato, sono rimasto impressionato dalla velocità d'incordatura e dal fatto che scalda pochissimo l'impasto. Nelle scorse settimane ho avuto modo di provare una macchina della stessa capacità ma di un'altra azienda e posso dire che la isp6 è di un altro livello.
 For a few days I have an isp6 that yesterday I used to knead a large leavened product, I was impressed by the stringing speed and by the fact that it heats the dough very little. In recent weeks I have had the opportunity to test a machine of the same capacity but from another company and I can say that the isp6 is of another level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato 16 mesi fa una piccola impastatrice da banco ma con spiacevole disavventura;
concordiamo telefonicamente il pagamento a mezzo assegno bancario con il titolare.
Le poste fanno ritardo a recapitare l’assegno ma dopo 15 giorni vedo che era stato incassato: mi aspettavo una conferma dal sig. Pento!
Lo contatto e mi tranquillizza dicendomi che il lunedi avrebbe effettuato la spedizione.
Per farla breve passa circa 1 mese dall’incasso prima che l’impastatrice venga recapitata al mio indirizzo: abbiamo sollecitato con decine di telefonate, ogni volta prendeva una scusa, e solo dopo aver minacciato la denuncia si è deciso a spedire (è arrivato in un solo giorno)
L'impastatrice è robusta, ben fatta, non scalda l'impasto ma nemmeno riesce a dare una buona corda; importante per gli impasti ad alta idratazione.
I bought a small counter top mixer 16 months ago but with an unfortunate mishap;
we arrange payment by bank check with the owner by telephone.
The post office is late in delivering the check but after 15 days I see that it had been cashed: I was expecting a confirmation from Mr. Repent!
I contact him and he reassures me by telling me that he would ship on Monday.
In short, about 1 month passes from collection before the mixer is delivered to my address: we solicited with dozens of phone calls, every time he took an apology, and only after threatening the complaint did he decide to send (he arrived in just one day)
The mixer is sturdy, well made, it does not heat the dough but it does not even manage to give a good rope; important for highly hydrated doughs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza orribile, dopo più di un anno che l’impastatrice isp6 è stata pagata , sono riuscito a passare a recuperarla direttamente in deposito e accontentarmi di una isp5 quindi non quella che avevo concordato . Per telefono il proprietario vi racconta un sacco di fesserie dicendo che i corrieri non partono o quant’altro. Ho dovuto cambiare 2 impastatrici da 60 lt e mi sono affidato a altre ditte più série nessun problema, ipbake ditta non seria e non affidabile.
Horrible experience, after more than a year that the isp6 mixer was paid, I was able to go and recover it directly in storage and settle for an isp5 so not the one I had agreed. Over the phone, the owner tells you a lot of nonsense saying that couriers don't leave or whatever. I had to change 2 60 lt mixers and I relied on other more serious companies no problem, ipbake not a serious and unreliable company.
