Esperienza super negativa, ci siamo dimenticati di pagare una fattura inferiore alle 200€... e da lì siamo stati sempre trattati come cattivi clienti... bisognava pagare in contanti alla consegna altrimenti non scaricavano la merce .. dopo molti solleciti siamo riusciti a pagare con bonifici l' ultima fattura a luglio da noi pagata abbiamo effettuato un piccolo ordine e visto che il mio socio si diceva operare alla spalla il giorno successivo " sapendo che questa ditta unica al mondo ,vuole essere pagata prima di scaricare la merce" ha deciso di pagare subito , quindi anticipatamente la merce..
Vengo contattato l'ennesima volta dal signor Gianni ferrero che mi intima a pagare la penultima fattura non pagata... sono andato a controllare perché può succedere , e questa volta era in torto avevamo pagato anche quella che ci doveva ancora arrivare!! Ho mandato foto su WhatsApp al signor Gianni mandando a seguito anche un vocale molto acceso dicendo che non avrei comprato più da loro .... e lui cosa fa? Invece di salvare il cliente per la sua azienda? Si limita a rispondere grazie ok.
Il riassunto e questo!!! la serietà di un'azienda si rispecchia nei suoi dipendenti .

Super bad experience, we forgot to pay an invoice less than 200 € ... and from there we were always treated like bad customers ... you had to pay cash on delivery otherwise they wouldn't unload the goods .. after many reminders we were able to pay by bank transfer the last invoice paid by us in July we placed a small order and seeing that my partner said he was working on his shoulder the next day "knowing that this unique company in the world wants to be paid before unloading the goods" he decided to pay immediately, then in advance the goods ..
I am contacted the umpteenth time by Mr. Gianni ferrero who tells me to pay the penultimate unpaid invoice ... I went to check why it can happen, and this time it was wrong we had also paid the one that had yet to arrive !! I sent photos on WhatsApp to Mr. Gianni, also sending a very loud voice saying that I would not buy from them anymore .... and what does he do? Instead of saving the customer for his company? Just answer thanks ok.
The summary is this !!! the seriousness of a company is reflected in its employees.
