Ho comprato un prodotto e per un errato dell'acquisto ho chiesto un reso a distanza di 1 ora , il magazzino ha accettato il reso ma trattenendo il 30% del costo , pur comprando in fine il prodotto di cui avevo bisogno. Violando tutte le regole di legge tranne la sua. Absurd!
