Prendiamo articoli in piu' per la cifra da raggiungere ed a conti fatti i conti con il resto non tornano. Solo chiedendo spiegazioni per il resto troppo basso mi viene detto che chi ha fatto il regalo lo ha pagato scontato. Se l'avessero detto prima non prendevo roba in piu'.. Disonesta. We go to exchange a gift asking for the amount to reach. We take more articles for the amount to reach and on balance the accounts with the rest do not add up. Only by asking for an explanation for the rest that is too low I am told that whoever gave the gift paid for it at a discount. If they had said it before, I wouldn't take any extra stuff. Dishonest.

In 29 anni della mia vita non ho mai sentito questa “regola”. Peccato, si va dall’altra parte! How to lose a customer in 3 seconds: I tried on a shoe from the exhibition, and the saleswoman without saying hello came to me and said "it's not self-service, you can't try it like this". In 29 years of my life I have never heard this "rule". Too bad, we go the other way!
