★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata per farmi stampare un foglio in pdf, prima hanno detto di sì, hanno voluto lo inviassi loro via email, poi mi hanno mandata via, senza la stampa perché a quanto pare secondo loro c' è qualcosa di misterioso che non va nei file delle impegnative mediche perché già altre volte gli è capitato di non riuscire a stampare una impegnativa. Molto fastidioso dato che è la copisteria più vicina al cup e ridicolo dato che il file è un banale pdf. Disservizio, scortesia, mancanza di chiarezza.
