Ho subito chiesto se fossero ancora in produzione e mi è stato risposto di sì. Sfortunatamente le mattonelle non sono bastate e, solo in quel momento, hanno scoperto che la ditta non le produceva più. Così ci siamo visti costretti ad acquistare 2 file di piastrelle decorate spendendo 500 euro in più. Peccato che il ragazzo con cui avevamo preso accordi ( e che aveva fatto i conti per il materiale da ordinare) era stato improvvisamente spostato a Viareggio. Nessuno sapeva nulla e nessuno si è preso delle responsabilità. Ci avevano assicurato che il materiale che stavamo acquistando non era il top, comunque una via di mezzo, invece la rubinetteria non viene mai pulita. Il piatto doccia nero rimane sempre macchiato dal calcare. In definitiva, non sono professionali, sono cari e non offrono prodotti di qualità. Non ci sentiamo di consigliarli. We bought everything needed to redo the home bathroom from Iozzelli. They offered us some low-cost leftover tiles. I immediately asked if they were still in production and I was answered yes. Unfortunately, the tiles were not enough and, only then, they discovered that the company was no longer producing them. So we were forced to buy 2 rows of decorated tiles spending 500 euros more. Too bad that the boy with whom we had made arrangements (and who had done the math for the material to be ordered) had suddenly been moved to Viareggio. Nobody knew anything and nobody took responsibility. They had assured us that the material we were buying was not the top, however a middle ground, instead the taps are never cleaned. The black shower tray always remains stained with limestone. Ultimately, they are not professional, they are expensive and they do not offer quality products. We do not feel like recommending them.
