They say they call you to give you information for a property and after almost 2 weeks, to date still nothing that shame that such agencies can exist

Although I called twice, on different days to request an appointment to view a property, they didn't even deign to let me talk to a seller ... telling me that they would contact me again .... which OBVIOUSLY they did not do .. .. a star because you can't give less ...

β β β β β Dopo 3 MESI (da novembre 2020 a febbraio 2021) di chiamate e due visite in agenzia per chiedere di vedere un loro immobile, in cui tutte le volte mi Γ¨ stato detto che sarei stato richiamato per un appuntamento, alla fine mi dicono che l'immobile Γ¨ stato venduto!

After 3 MONTHS (from November 2020 to February 2021) of calls and two visits to the agency to ask to see their property, in which every time I was told that I would be called back for an appointment, in the end they tell me that the property has been sold!
Zero professionalism!

I had rented a small attic and there was a humidity problem in the flat(this problem belongs to the flat owner), and after leaving the house THE FLAT OWNER HAD NOT PAY ME MY all DEPOSITO BACK! AND THESE PROBLEMS OF THE FLAT ARE NOT OCCURRED BY ME, AND Investitalia did not protect my rights even though I paid for the Agenzia fee to assure my rights, and I just stayed in the flat only for a few months.**************** The agency would take detailed photos of the flat before I move there, in this way that could prove whether the flat has any damage or not made by me.
Sorry to contact this company, because this attitude caused me to lose such amount of money "Agenzia fee and half of the deposit " as a student!!
I DO NOT SUGGEST YOU
the agency should protect you and your rights even if you pay for the Agenzia fee to rent this flat&assure you to avoid any injustice situation.
SAD FACT: NOT SUGGESTED
That might cause to not to get your deposit back plus, this is not the only problem occurs between you and the flat owner , the agency is the mediator between you and property owner with regard to avoid any injustice situation.
