★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato in agenzia per presentare una proposta di acquisto per un immobile che già conoscevo, il titolare mi ha preceduto dicendomi che non avrebbe accettato proposte inferiori a una cifra, senza neanche specificare quale, e senza permettermi di parlargli della cifra che intendevo proporre. A mio avviso un modo aggressivo di ricevere un potenziale cliente. Altra nota da aggiungere: chiedono il 4% di commissioni.
I went to the agency to present a purchase proposal for a property I already knew, the owner preceded me by telling me that he would not accept proposals less than one figure, without even specifying which one, and without allowing me to talk to him about the amount I intended to propose. In my opinion an aggressive way of receiving a potential customer. Another note to add: they ask for 4% commissions.
