Sono stata assistita in maniera ottimale sia dal titolare Stefano sia dalla sua segretaria Jennifer sia dalla fantastica Debora (agente).
Il loro supporto per me è stato indispensabile non solo in fase di trattativa/acquisto ma anche nelle successive pratiche.
Mi hanno aiutato infatti nella ricerca di un bravo notaio, di un team di decoratori/muratori/tecnici che stanno svolgendo un bellissimo lavoro di ristrutturazione. Infine, il loro contributo per me è stato fondamentale per la risoluzione di problematiche legate all'allaccio delle utenze.
Ho trovato sicuramente delle persone squisite. Agenzia super consigliata!
I bought my new home thanks to Stefano Lamagni's Real Estate Agency.
I was perfectly assisted by both the owner Stefano and his secretary Jennifer and the fantastic Debora (agent).
Their support for me was essential not only in the negotiation / purchase phase but also in subsequent practices.
In fact, they helped me in the search for a good notary, a team of decorators / masons / technicians who are doing a beautiful renovation job. Finally, their contribution for me was fundamental for solving problems related to the connection of utilities.
I definitely found some lovely people. Super recommended agency!
