Personale scortese e impreparato.
Ho comprato un articolo, chiedendo se possibile cambiarlo nel caso non fosse andato bene e una commessa mi risponde di si, così che lo pago e torno casa. Il giorno dopo decido di cambiarlo, torno in negozio e mi dicono che l'articolo era impossibilitato nel cambio, io ribatto dicendo che la commessa il giorno prima mi aveva detto di si, al che si decidono a cambiarmi l'articolo, controvoglia naturalmente e con una scortesia indecente, si vedeva palesemente. Fatto sta che decido con cosa cambiare l'articolo, andiamo in cassa e la commessa dice che non è possibile. Insomma, neanche a dire fossero 5€, per l'incompetenza della gente che lavora lì ho buttato 30€.
Sicuramente non rientrerò più in quel negozio, neanche tanto perchè non mi hanno cambiato l'articolo, ma per la maleducazione con cui si sono atteggiate le commesse.

Unfriendly and unprepared staff.
I bought an item, asking if it is possible to change it if it didn't go well and a saleswoman replies yes, so that I pay for it and go home. The next day I decide to change it, I go back to the shop and they tell me that the item was unable to change it, I reply by saying that the shop assistant the day before had told me yes, to which they decide to change the article, unwillingly of course and with an indecent rudeness, it was plainly seen. The fact is that I decide what to change the item with, we go to the cashier and the saleswoman says it's not possible. In short, not even to say it was 5 €, for the incompetence of the people who work there I threw 30 €.
I will certainly never go back to that shop, not even so much because they didn't change the article, but because of the rudeness with which the orders have behaved.

Pessima esperienza...se si lavora con il pubblico...a negozio vuoto si deve salutare...volevo comprare un pigiama, ma la commessa alla cassa senza clienti mi ha detto di aspettare...aspetta ...aspetta...sono andata via. Mi spiace, ma non si lavora così.
I suggest you evaluate the staff. Bad experience ... if you work with the public ... when the shop is empty you have to say hello ...
