Mio figlio ha comprato insieme alla nonna i roblox e noi ignorante in materia abbiamo chiesto informazioni alla cassiera e lei molto seccata (forse perché abbiamo interrotto il suo discorso con la collega) ha detto di leggere dietro e le volevamo chiedere solo se era giusto il sito (solo questo) lei con la sua estrema gentilezza ha risposto "lo comprate andate fuori e lo attivate fuori nn posso attivarlo io" Lho preso solo perché era un regalo della nonna . Un piccolo consiglio a questo punto vendita mettete le casse automatiche tanto alle vostre commesse non servono a nula ,o licenziate e fate lavorare chi ama questo lavoro e ne ha bisogno Unpleasant saleswoman. Sicuramente ritorneremo. Tolgo una stella e ne metto 5. Esperienza assolutamente da dimenticare al GameStop di Megalò. Commessa ingannevole che pur di vendere un prodotto si prende la libertà di fare tessere soci e morale della favola soldi buttati in quanto il gioco non funziona e l importo non è rimborsarsabile in quanto comprensivo di "promozione tessera"... al limite della truffa! Pagato 25 euro un gioco che non funziona, e il reso lo fanno di soli 8 euro perché aggiornano la tessera senza dirti nulla alla modica cifra di 16 euro. Il personale va istruito prima di metterlo alla vendita a contatto con il cliente. Inoltre quando ho chiesto i giochi per la PS Vita di mio figlio la commessa mi ha detto che non li aveva (quasi schifata perché troppo vecchia) e mi ha girato le spalle un secondo dopo continuando a fare ciò che stava facendo prima e cioè giocare con il cellulare personale. Incredibile. Mai vista tanta maleducazione e scorrettezza. Non ho mai lasciato recensioni negative, da nessuna parte, perché mi metto sempre nei panni di chi lavora, lascio correre e vado avanti, ma questo episodio non può essere messo nell'angolo dell'indifferenza. Inoltre mio figlio ci è rimasto malissimo, perché pensava di poter scegliere un gioco da 25 euro, e invece il rimborso per il gioco che non funzionava era di soli 8. Volevo acquistare delle carte pokémon per il valore di €20, per poter ottenere la Promo JUMBO Charizard di Astri Lucenti. La commessa mi risponde "no, devi spenderne 60" con altissima strafottenza, nonostante avessi letto sul volantone che la promo era da 20. Mi dispiace perchè ho sempre acquistato li i miei giochi e le mie carte, ma vuol dire che da ora andrò altrove. Allego foto del volantone. SHAME. Game Stop of Chieti, Megalò.
