Personale gentile e disponibile e merce ben esposta è facile da trovare. Vetrine di buon gusto. Shop for children of the Chicco chain. Not too large but well stocked and welcoming. It sells most of the Chicco product categories. Friendly and helpful staff and well-exposed merchandise is easy to find. Tasteful showcases.
h	hammer zip on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi alle 16.30 ho telefonato al negozio Chicco di Megalò, chiedendo ad una ragazza del punto vendita se avessero disponibile "Chicco primi passi in musica"(spiegando che venendo da Francavilla, qualora non fosse stato disponibile, mi sarei evitato tra andata e ritorno, circa 50 km a vuoto), dopo alcuni secondi, in cui presumo sia stata fatta una verifica, la ragazza mi conferma di averne in negozio diversi pezzi. Intorno alle 18:15 mi reco nel punto vendita per procedere all'acquisto e.....sorprese delle sorprese... la commessa mi dice che a disposizione c'è "Chicco primi passi baby walker" e del mio "Chicco primi passi in musica" nemmeno l'ombra; stupito cerco di spiegare la telefonata intercorsa un paio di ore prima e per tutta risposta ricevo una scrollatina di spalle e niente più. Me ne sono andato allibito, senza comprare ovviamente nulla e non perché l'articolo trovato in negozio fosse poi così diverso da quello da me cercato, ma perché il trattamento ricevuto è incommentabile...prima hanno finto di avere l'articolo richiesto pensando forse che una volta lì mi sarei accontentato di quello disponibile...poi, siccome così non é stato,mi hanno liquidato con un'indifferenza veramente cortese. Da un marchio come la Chicco mi aspetto una selezione del personale più accurata. Today at 16.30 I phoned the Chicco di Megalò store, asking a girl in the store if they had "Chicco first steps in music" (explaining that coming from Francavilla, if it was not available, I would have avoided round-trip, about 50 km empty), after a few seconds, in which I assume a check has been made, the girl confirms to me that she has several pieces in her store. I went away stunned, obviously without buying anything and not because the article found in the store was so different from the one I was looking for, but because the treatment received is incomprehensible ... before they pretended to have the article requested thinking maybe that once I was there I would have settled for the available one ... then, as it was not, they dismissed me with a really kind indifference. From a brand like Chicco I expect a more accurate selection of personnel.

Prezzi decisamente sopra la media considerando il mercato. Definitely well-stocked shop being one of the landmarks in the area. Kind and very helpful orders. Prices decidedly above average considering the market.

In particolare, una delle commesse è molto disponibile e gentile e da ottimi consigli. In questi giorni hanno anticipato i saldi e stanno facendo il 50% si sconto. Chicco has always been synonymous with quality. The shop is well stocked and the staff are friendly. In particular, one of the salespersons is very helpful and kind and gives excellent advice. These days they have anticipated the sales and are making a 50% discount.
