Ad ogni richiesta di taglia o colore sbuffavano e sinceramente l'atteggiamento mi ha talmente infastidito che, nonostante ero entrata con l'intenzione di comprare diversi capi, ho riposto tutto e educatamente ho salutato e sono uscita....
Tutto ciò come se non fossi mai entrata.
 Unpleasant and helpful jobs.
At every request of size or color, I snorted and honestly the attitude bothered me so much that, even though I had come in with the intention of buying different clothes, I put away everything and politely said goodbye and went out ....
All this as if I had never entered.

Rude and not very helpful orders. I had a problem returning an item and they didn't help at all. Too bad because the products are beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Intimissimi in via Repubblica a Parma è un negozio che ho scoperto da poco tempo, devo proprio dire che accontenta tutte le mie esigenze nell'intimo, ogni giovedì pomeriggio entro ed oltre del personale gentilissimo ed attento a consigliare il cliente trovo sempre quel qualcosa che esalta il mio esser donna. Lo consiglio vivamente. Oltre tutto nonostante la qualità i prezzi sono calmierati.
Intimissimi in via Repubblica in Parma is a shop that I have recently discovered, I must say that it satisfies all my needs in the intimate, every Thursday afternoon by and beyond the very kind and attentive staff to advise the customer I always find that something that enhances my being a woman. I highly recommend it. Above all, despite the quality, prices are moderate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come leggo da alcuni commenti, più di una persona ha avuto la mia stessa sensazione: commesse incommentabili. Sono stata trattata con una tale superficialità e le mie richieste non sono state per nulla soddisfatte; la commessa invece di invogliare nel farmi vedere nuovi capi non faceva altro che mostrarmi forse la più bassa qualità del prodotto Intimissimi (e ce ne vuole!)
Ho comprato in passato da Intimissimi e continuerò a farlo, per fortuna il brand non dipende dalla qualità delle commesse altrimenti avrebbe già fallito.
Non credo di ritornarci, almeno non qui !!
As I read from some comments, more than one person has had the same feeling as me: incommentable orders. I was treated with such superficiality and my requests were not at all satisfied; the saleswoman instead of enticing me to see new garments did nothing but show me perhaps the lowest quality of the Intimissimi product (and it takes some!)
I bought from Intimissimi in the past and will continue to do so, luckily the brand does not depend on the quality of the orders otherwise it would have already failed.
I don't think I'll go back, at least not here !!
