★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una degli sportelli bancari peggiori esistenti in Italia. L'esempio peggiore della politica della banche tesa ad abbandonare i clienti e "trattarli" come utenti on line. Cassieri isterici e scortesi, file lunghissime, sempre pronti a dire no usando come pretesti "consuetudini" bancarie illegittime. Se per qualunque motivo vi occorresse un servizio da parte di questa agenzia armatevi di tanta pazienza perché verrete trattati non da clienti paganti ma da fastidiosi inconvenienti.
One of the worst bank branches in Italy. The worst example of the banks policy is to abandon customers and "treat" them as online users. Hysterical and rude cashiers, very long queues, always ready to say no using illegitimate bank customs as pretexts. If for any reason you need a service from this agency arm yourself with a lot of patience because you will be treated not by paying customers but by annoying inconveniences.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossibile ricevere assistenza telefonica, ora ancora peggio visto la scusa COVID. Non rispondono mai al telefono e se rispondono non ti aiutano a risolvere un bel niente e ti dicono di chiamare la filiale online. Appena rimetto piede a Messina vado subito a cambiare filiale....
Unable to receive telephone support, now even worse given the COVID excuse. They never answer the phone and if they answer they don't help you solve anything and tell you to call the online branch. As soon as I set foot in Messina, I immediately go to change branch ....
