Il telefono esiste solo come optional e fare la fila in sede non assicura comunque la possibilità di completare la propria transazione, visti gli orari rigidissimi. Ho atteso più di un'ora e mezza il mio turno, alle 13.25 mi hanno buttata fuori perché era QUASI ora di chiusura e restavo solamente io. Potevano benissimo sbrigare la mia operazione e tornare a casa due minuti più tardi. If you could give 0 I would. L'unica banca che riceve ancora su appuntamento nonostante il lockdown sia finito da mesi...e ce l' hanno detto dopo che siamo dovuti arrivare fin lì con un neonato in macchina, facendo oltre 20 km (solo andata), nonostante l'impiegato fosse li e completamente libero... tanto libero che non rispondono neanche al numero degli appuntamenti... Persino a un mio parente che gli ha richiesto la rinegoziazione del tasso del mutuo, una loro impiegata gli ha risposto che non possono farlo e non glielo fanno neanche a loro dipendenti... Ma come vedo non sono l'unico a lamentarsi... chissa perché... Probabilmente saremo costretti a spendere gli ultimi 10 euro di raccomandata per chiudere il conto corrente da loro...e fine della triste storia... Doomed to fail ...
