Dopo la fusione, sono sincera, ci siamo trovati tutti molto meglio: il personale è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, i prodotti sono vari e la app è molto ben fatta ed intuitiva.
My family and I have been Ubi customers for many years and we stayed even after moving to Intesa. After the merger, I am honest, we all found ourselves much better: the staff is very kind and always available, the products are varied and the app is very well made and intuitive.

Il bancomat è operativo è allineato ai protocolli e al format di Intesa San Paolo.
Mi sono recato per un’operazione di cassa. Molto disponibili al telefono, dal vivo la cosa è stata più macchinosa e sono stato trattato con sufficienza e mi è stata fatta fare anticamera. Sono correntista presso una filiale di un’altra regione. Non vedo il perché di questa freddezza. L’interno è molto bello, forse ancora il precedente arredamento, moderno e pulito, non so se subirà un restyling.

The ATM is operational and aligned with the Intesa San Paolo protocols and format.
I went for a cash operation. Very helpful on the phone, live it was more cumbersome and I was treated with disdain and I was made to do an antechamber. I am a current account holder at a branch in another region. I don't see the reason for this coldness. The interior is very nice, perhaps still the previous furniture, modern and clean, I don't know if it will undergo a restyling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho preso contatti per l'apertura di un conto, l'addetto mi ha chiesto l'invio di documenti per l'avvio della pratica e per un appuntamento e poi, nonostante le mie chiamate e le mail rimaste prive di riscontro, il nulla.. alla fine ho deciso di rivolgermi ad un altro istituto. Pessima impressione: sarebbe bastata una telefonata informativa ma evidentemente la dignità lavorativa è l'attenzione al cliente scarseggiano da queste parti ..
