★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se fosse stato possibile avrei messo 0 stelle. Ci hanno dato appuntamento per un determinato giorno con una determinata persona, abbiamo chiesto un permesso a lavoro per poterci essere. Arrivati in filiale la persona ovviamente non c'era e non per un imprevisto, che può capitare, ma perché era in smart working da mesi. Ci hanno dato appuntamento, con tanto di mail ufficiale di conferma, con una persona che in nessun modo sarebbe potuta esserci. Oltre questo il ragazzo che ci ha "accolti" non ha fatto il minimo sforzo per venirci incontro, non ha voluto ritirare lui i documenti che avevamo portato ne tanto meno ha voluto chiamare la collega in smart working, noi glie lo abbiamo chiesto, si è limitato a prendere i nostri dati liquidandoci in 2 min. Per quanto mi riguarda sono stati irrispettosi e maleducati, non mi vedranno più! Sconsiglio la filiale e spero che i responsabili leggano i molti commenti negativi, non solo il mio, e prendano provvedimenti!

They gave us an appointment, complete with an official confirmation email, with a person who in no way could have been there. Beyond this, the guy who "welcomed us" did not make the slightest effort to meet us, he did not want to collect the documents we had brought nor did he want to call his colleague in smart working, we asked him, yes limited to taking our data by liquidating us in 2 min. As for me they were disrespectful and rude, they will never see me again! I do not recommend the branch and I hope that those in charge read the many negative comments, not just mine, and take action!

Chiamo da settimane per avere informazioni sulla spedizione della mia CC che scade questo mese, ma non risponde nessuno, se non una voce automatica che chiede di lasciare un messaggio. Più di uno lasciato in segreteria, mai ricontattata. Una mattina, fortunatamente, mi ha risposto un uomo che non sapeva darmi informazioni, mi ha messo in attesa dicendomi che avrebbe trasferito alla collega di riferimento. Ovviamente dopo tanta attesa è entrata di nuovo la segreteria. Non si può andare in sede perché per via del Covid solo per appuntamento, che tra l'altro, non si riesce a prendere.

I think they guy at intensa only don't want to help us . I will never do one step in one bank of intensa .
