Personale non all'altezza, arrogante e poco empatico: semplici dipendenti dove il leitmotiv è "fare il minimo". Se hai un problema nel reperire documentazione, loro, non trovano una soluzione.
Ho avuto il piacere di visitarne altre di filiali Sanpaolo in altre città e sono rimasto stupito dalla professionalità e preparazione del personale a cui rivolgo il mio plauso.
La Sanpaolo merita ben altrotaltro di collaboratori, che La rappresentino per quello che vale: una grande banca, un grande gruppo.
Worst branch I have ever come across.
Staff not up to par, arrogant and not very empathetic: simple employees where the leitmotiv is "do the minimum". If you have a problem finding documentation, they can't find a solution.
I had the pleasure of visiting other Sanpaolo branches in other cities and I was amazed by the professionalism and preparation of the staff to whom I applaud.
Sanpaolo deserves much more of collaborators, who represent it for what it is worth: a large bank, a large group.
