Unica pecca la mancanza di una connessione Wi-Fi all’interno per allietare le lunghe attese durante i maggiori afflussi, ma credo che non venga messa per policy bancaria. In generale un’ottimo posto. A	Alessio L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto peggiorata. Non sanno gestire se c'é tanta gente. Addirittura chiudono le porte in faccia alle persone prima dell'orario di chiusura esposto. Solo due sportelli aperti e per le operazioni amministrative non ti fila nessuno. I bancomat esterni sono perennemente fuori servzio. Anche uno nuovo appena installato. Inoltre il canone del conto corrente é aumentato, gli interessi si sono azzerati e una carta di credito prepagata costa 10 euro. Sconsigliata. Much worse. Ciò è ottimo peccato per due "piccoli" problemi persone anziane non sanno spesso come utilizzarlo perciò devono essere aiutate, spesso proprio dagli impiegati che si trovano alla cassa che momentaneamente viene chiusa; il secondo problema è che quando la macchina non funziona un adetto alla cassa deve svuotarla e poiché tale operazione avviene in mezzo alla sala d'attesa, e non in una stanza a parte, le porte della banca vengono chiuse impedendo alla gente di entrare, che quindi è costretta ad aspettare fuori per una mezz'ora abbondante. Nel 2019 mi sono recata 3 volte in banca, una delle quali non sono potuta entrare, e un'altra in cui ho avuto fortuna e le porte sono state chiuse dopo che sono entrata. g	giulia pernarella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Capisco il problema coronavirus, ma non è accettabile dover fare una fila di oltre 2 ore per poter fare un'operazione in cassa; tanto più che ci sono persone che arrivano dopo e molto sfacciatamente chiamano dentro perche sono "amici di..", "parenti di.." e i dipendenti li fanno passare avanti. A questo punto mi chiedo, ma quelli che aspettano fuori sono clienti di serie b?
