Ho fatto una richiesta di cancellazione a cui avrebbero dovuto rispondere dopo 24 ore, sono passati 5 giorni e ancora non si fa sentire nessuno. Ci sono milioni di finanziare, NON SCEGLIETE COMPASS a parer mio.
Bad service, they NEVER answer the phone at ANY TIME. Absence of total professionalism. I made a cancellation request which they should have answered after 24 hours, it's been 5 days and still no one is heard. There are millions to finance, DO NOT CHOOSE COMPASS in my opinion.

At the branch they never answer! I need a count for the early repayment and nothing is 6 months that I call and no answer!
