Sono andata a comprare uno scooter usato (1000 euro) il negoziante mi propone un tasso zero e penso PERCHÉ TOGLIERMI 1000 EURO DI TASCA QUANDO POSSO FARE UN TASSO ZERO? Rifiutato (senza motivo se non quello di avere già altri impegni) senza neanche la possibilità di una firma di avallo!! Risultato? Lo scooter l’ho pagato con bancomat ma se non ce li avevo andavo a piedi perché dopo un rifiuto è difficile avere un finanziamento. Assolutamente da evitare!!!! Molto poco professionale, non soddisfa affatto gli interessi e le problematiche dei clienti e dirotta il lavoro ai call center, non rispondono mai (mail e telefono) neanche sotto emergenza Covid19. R	Riccardo Conte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamato varie volte per un problema con la carta di credito, avevo richiesto un semplice cambio IBAN e pur dicendomi loro "É TUTTO OK!" continuavano ad addebitare sul conto vecchio (chiuso). Morale, 2 insoluti e carta bloccata. Chiamo e mi rimbalzano sempre con un "aspetti un altro giorno poi vediamo", "provi a vedere se ora va", "eh magari non le fa pagare online ma il POS dovrebbe funzionare"...la carta tutt'oggi (dopo 1 mese) è ancora bloccata. Certe volte chiami, ti mettono in attesa e poi buttano giù... (successo già 3 volte in 1 mese ma sicuramente una coincidenza). Non sono seri, carta disdetta. Peccato perchè la sezione Finanziamenti è perfetta e puntuale. Il numero di telefono "locale" è direzionato verso operatori ubicati chissà dove ed impossibilitati a risolvere alcunché i quali inviano continue segnalazioni con richieste di contatto che non avvengono MAI!!! Chiamare l'ufficio di zona è totalmente inutile! Risposte via email inesistenti. Assolutamente NON CONSIGLIATO!!!! Absolute lack of professionalism and very little attention to the customer. The "local" telephone number is directed towards operators located who knows where and unable to solve anything which send continuous reports with contact requests that NEVER occur !!! Calling the local office is totally useless! Non-existent email replies. Absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED !!!!

Chiamando il numero locale risponde un call center decentrato che promette un “sollecito immediato alla filiale” che non è mai avvenuto. Lo stesso call center mi assicura l’evasione della pratica “entro la giornata” e ad oggi, 6 giorni dopo, neanche una micro-telefonata. Solleciti via email totalmente ignorati. Se non fosse per il fatto che mi sono recato personalmente in filiale 10 giorni fa sarei indotto a dubitare sull’esistenza stessa dell’attività. Un siffatto modo di agire e di lavorare è, a dire poco, snervante ed approssimativo a livelli parossistici. Per me assolutamente da evitare. No care or respect for the customer. Communication with the branch impossible. By calling the local number, a decentralized call center answers and promises an "immediate reminder to the branch" which never took place. The same call center assures me that the file will be processed "within the day" and to date, 6 days later, not even a micro-phone call. Totally ignored email reminders. If it weren't for the fact that I personally went to the branch 10 days ago, I would be led to doubt the very existence of the business. Such a way of acting and working is, to say the least, unnerving and approximate to paroxysmal levels. For me absolutely to avoid.
