★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non rispondo mai a telefono se passi in filiale dicono di prendere appuntamento vergognoso. Con la scusa del Covid riducono personale e non c'è più servizio.
I never answer the phone if you go to the branch they say to make an appointment shameful. With the excuse of Covid they reduce staff and there is no more service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossibile contattare la filiale telefonicamente, cerco di contattare tramite email o telefono la mia referente e non risponde. Sto attendendo la mia carta da Aprile e non riesco ad avere neanche notizie essendo impossibilitato a recarmi di persona.
Davvero una grande inefficienza da parte del personale, presto chiuderò il conto.
Trovo tutto ciò inaccettabile.

Really a great inefficiency from the staff, soon I will close the account.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho parole,per descrivere il pessimo servizio offerto dalla banca,sono da più di 2 ore al telefono cercando di prenotare un passaggio allo sportello,ma niente ,ti lasciamo in attesa e poi ti dicono che non possono rispondere,riprovi più tardi....ma come si fa??
I have no words to describe the bad service offered by the bank, I have been on the phone for more than 2 hours trying to book a ride at the counter, but nothing, we leave you waiting and then they tell you that they cannot answer, try again later .. ..but how do you do it?

They don't answer the phone, employee didn't know about my appointment. When I got to talk to the manager, she didn't want to help. Lack of respect, knowledge, organization, punctuality. Result: account canceled! Never again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima banca non rispondono al telefono e soprattutto quando rispondono per poter parlare con un cassiere rispondono che sono tutti occupati e staccano in faccia. Spero chiudano presto i battenti almeno impareranno cosa vuol dire rispetto educazione e come trattare i clienti
Bad bank they don't answer the phone and especially when they answer to be able to talk to a cashier they answer that they are all busy and cut off in the face. I hope they close their doors soon at least they will learn what respect means and education and how to treat customers
