β β β β β Ho richiesto una nuova carta superflash presso una filiale, perchΓ© la vecchia si era smagnetizzata, e mi hanno rassicurato sul fatto che potevo ancora fare transizioni online con la vecchia carta e che la nuova sarebbe arrivata in pochi giorni. Non Γ¨ successo nulla di tutto questo. Mi hanno disabilitato il conto, non potendovi accedere per piΓΉ di due settimane non facendomi effettuare neanche il passaggio virtuale dei soldi su un'altra carta creandomi un grandissimo disagio lasciandomi con i pochi contati che mi erano rimasti dall ultimo prelievo. CambierΓ² assolutamente banca.

β β β β β Come si fa a prendere un appuntamento se non rispondono al telefono? Intesa San Paolo Γ¨ in generale una buona banca, come al solito la qualitΓ di una organizzazione dipende dalle persone. In questa filiale, a parte l'eccezione, ho trovato molta "incuria". Chiamiamola cosΓ¬...Non sanno proprio cosa significa "servizio al cliente", ma forse non hanno anche altre competenze, come la capacitΓ di gestione del personale. Sembra sempre che ti fanno un favore e quindi puoi aspettare quando sono comodi.
How do you make an appointment if they don't answer the phone? In general, Intesa San Paolo is a good bank, as usual the quality of an organization depends on the people. In this branch, apart from the exception, I found a lot of "carelessness". Let's call it that ... They don't really know what "customer service" means, but maybe they don't have other skills as well, such as personnel management skills. They always seem to be doing you a favor and so you can wait when they're comfortable.

β β β β β Non risponde nessuno a telefono quindi non si puΓ² fissare un appuntamento, quando si va in sede sembra che ti stanno facendo un favore, per di piΓΉ ci sono 2/3 anni di fila circa per fare qualunque cosa
Nobody answers the phone so you can't make an appointment, when you go to the office it seems that they are doing you a favor, plus there are 2/3 years in a row to do anything
