★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12 dicembre 2018 le 09.50 . Sto in attesa da 40 minuti in quanto c’è solo uno sportello operativo . Vogliono fare una banca ultramoderna , con 20 vetrine su strada , ma totalmente inefficiente e totalmente disagevole per l’utenza .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa banca ha un servizio pessimo inoltre non vi è alcuna disponibilità per la clientela, sempre tutti assenti e non rispondono mai al telefono, se ce un problema con il conto corrente non sai come agire perchè nessuno risponde al telefono, e se vai in banca non sanno darti spiegazioni.
Mai visto banca peggiore di questa...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una delle banche peggiori d'Italia...Superata anche dal Gruppo Intesa. Internet banking difficile da decifrare. Troppi codici da inserire. Quando chiami la filiale nessuno risponde (avranno lasciato qualche n per non essere disturbati??) costi troppo alti, dal conto ad un semplice bonifico. Per un pratica sono passato da 6 persone. Nessuna vuole responsabilità. Se potesssi metterei ZERO non c’è nelle recensioni. Cercate la banca quella più conveniente a voi. Banking online da Fineco, Ingdirect, Iw migliori, poche spese le banche del futuro

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo meno di una stella non si può dare, è una bancarella, a partire dal dipendente allo sportello fino ai dirigenti, poco professionali, bugiardi, non rispettano tempi e promesse. Poco chiari nell esporre i propri prodotti, scarsa conoscenza dei prodotti offerti, "sistemi" perennemente bloccati.
