Panissa e battuta da urlo e buona selezione di vini. Sarà tappa fissa per i miei viaggi di lavoro. Ci si rivede in settimana!!! Really a great find. Found walking around Vercelli for a business lunch break. Nice place, welcoming, very professional staff. Panissa and beaten to scream and good selection of wines. It will be a fixed stop for my business trips. See you again in the week !!!

Molto interessanti anche le proposte per fare regali con prodotti di prima qualità (marmellate, vini, olio, ecc)....sempre graditissimi! Very welcoming place. Friendliness, refinement and, of course, the goodness of the products are at home here! Massimiliano, chef e proprietario, non solo cucina benissimo, ma è un artista per la passione che riesce a trasmettere con i suoi piatti. La panissa è tra le migliori che potete assaggiare a Vercelli. Se siete amanti del Tartufo d’Alba qui potrete accompagnarlo a diversi piatti. Al piano di sotto c’è una gastronomia che offre piatti da asporto, sempre di ottima qualità. My favorite restaurant in Vercelli. All very good. Massimiliano, chef and owner, not only cooks very well, but is an artist for the passion he manages to convey with his dishes. The panissa is among the best you can taste in Vercelli. If you are a lover of the Alba Truffle, here you can accompany it with different dishes. Downstairs there is a deli that offers takeaway dishes, always of excellent quality.

Ci vado spesso e sicuramente ci tornerò. Inoltre quando ho voglia di stare a casa, la gastronomia che c'è all'interno mi permette di gustare i loro piatti anche comodamente a casa mia, è sicuramente un valore aggiunto! Lo consiglio! Il cibo è sempre molto curato da chef Massimiliano che, tra l'altro, fa una panissa che non ha eguali nel vercellese. Il personale è molto gentile, competente e disponibile e il locale, piccolo ma accogliente, è adatto sia ad una clientela giovane come pure ad una più matura. La qualità del cibo che Massimiliano e Federica, i giovani proprietari propongono giornalmente anche in gastronomia, è da sempre ottima e varia. Per me questo ristorante è davvero consigliatissimo e per quanto riguarda Vercelli in assoluto il migliore. Excellent restaurant discovered a few years ago and never abandoned again. The food is always well cared for by chef Massimiliano who, among other things, makes a panissa that has no equal in the Vercelli area. The staff is very kind, competent and helpful and the restaurant, small but welcoming, is suitable for both a young clientele as well as a more mature one. The quality of the food that Massimiliano and Federica, the young owners offer daily also in gastronomy, has always been excellent and varied. For me this restaurant is highly recommended and as far as Vercelli is concerned the best.

Sicuramente da ripetere come esperienza. All very good, menu with few dishes, but I think it means refinement and care that I have actually found. Decent wine selection. Definitely to be repeated as an experience.
