Sono settimane (e sottolineo settimane, non giorni) che provo a contattarli telefonicamente, ho provato tutti i tentativi numerici ma senza successo, impossibile quindi prenotare un appuntamento. Così ho scritto una mail dato che il mio è un problema che solo loro possono risolvere, ovviamente... nessuna risposta. Mi chiedo quindi cosa può fare un cittadino a questo punto. A chi si deve rivolgere? Al parrucchiere? Perchè sono certa che malgrado il covid mi troverebbe un appuntamento in settimana! The Revenue Agency is a service for the citizen which, at least in this case, does not work. I have been trying to contact them by phone for weeks (and I stress weeks, not days), I have tried all the numerical attempts but without success, therefore impossible to book an appointment. So I wrote an email as mine is a problem that only they can solve, of course ... no answer. So I wonder what a citizen can do at this point. Who should you contact? At the hairdresser? Because I am sure that despite the covid I would find an appointment during the week!

In poche parole ho inviato 5 mail tra novembre e dicembre nessuna risposta.... Fantozzi insegna!! I asked for a duplicate of the health card via email with the required forms and documents attached. Maleducazione al primo posto come nella maggior parte degli uffici pubblici italiani d'altronde! F	Fabio Ingrao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato che non si possa mettere 0 stelle perché sono davvero pessimi… chiamato 3 volte l’ufficio controlli , mi risponde una signora, le spiego il mio problema e tutte e 3 le volte mi risponde: un attimo; mi mette in attesa e mi butta giù il telefono…una vergogna è a dir poco. Se non volete perdere tempo non provate neanche a chiamare , gente davvero incompetente. Too bad you can't put 0 stars because they are really bad ... I called the inspection office 3 times, a lady answered, I explained my problem and all 3 times she replied: a moment; puts me on hold and knocks me off the phone… a shame is to say the least. If you don't want to waste time don't even try to call, really incompetent people.

Prenotazioni x sapere notizie risposta del la persona che in data 13/05/2022 ridovevo prendere appuntamento e aspettare altri 15 giorni complimenti male Organizzati a reggio Emilia. E ora sono senza tessera sanitaria grazie!!!!!!
