Il loro punto di forza è il titolare che dirige il cantiere come fosse casa sua, mi è stato davvero molto di aiuto in tutte le fasi dei lavori. Non è la prima volta che ristrutturo una casa a Roma in Trastevere (punto non facile) ed è sempre difficile parlare con gli operai, l'elettricista, l'idraulico ed altri professionisti del settore non avendo tra l' altro il tempo di farlo. Con loro è stato tutto molto più semplice e mi hanno consigliato su tutti punti di vista mettendo da parte il loro tornaconto, Posso dire con grande soddisfazione di aver ristrutturato casa grazie alla loro professionalità e TRASPARENZA. Mi sono affidato per la ristrutturazione vedendo nel loro sito ed accorgendomi che si occupavano di ristrutturazioni d'interni totali. Quindi ho inviato una richiesta di preventivo per rifare casa totalmente. Il loro contatto l'ho ricevuto da un mio amico che ha fatto ristrutturare casa ed è rimasto soddisfatti dei lavori e il loro operato. Da me è venuto il loro Architetto dove con molta gentilezza ha preso le misure, consigliato e preventivato tutti i lavori. Poi mi hanno inviato nel loro show room per poter vedere tutti i materiali già valutati nell' offerta del preventivo che mi avevano fatto. Materiali interessanti, prezzo con un costo tutto incluso compreso di permessi. Ho proceduto con loro, mi hanno dato fiducia e certezza in tutte le maniere. Sicuramente grazie ai consigli del Sig. Paolo il risultato finale è stato al di sopra delle nostre aspettative. Unica sorpresa 800 euro di sconto al pagamento del saldo finale. The estimate was respected without any final surprises and the unforeseen events were handled with professionalism and competence. Devo dire che dopo tanta ricerca mi sono affidato a Paolo il titolare, che da subito mi ha trasmesso fiducia. Premetto che vivendo all' estero non ho potuto seguire pienamente i lavori del mio appartamento a Roma. In conclusione vorrei ringraziare Paolo ed il suo staff per i lavori eseguiti. Ristrutturazione completata con successo e sopratutto nei termini di tempo stabiliti con costi sempre ben descritti. Quindi a conclusione, posso solo che consigliarli in quanto ditta seria ed affidabile. Corretti nell' interessarsi ed a rispondere ad un preventivo; molto professionali sulle decisioni, sullo spiegamento di maestranze e sulle documentazioni fornite per l' attuazione del Superbonus 110%. Questo giusto per avvertire l' utenza prima di contatti infruttuosi con altre imprese, che il restauro volto all' efficientamento energetico, con rispettive lavorazioni pagate dall' azienda stessa è possibile..... anche se incredibile ma vero. Con l'aiuto del nostro architetto e con i consigli che Paolo Mortellaro ha dispensato durante tutta la durata dei lavori finalmente siamo riusciti ad avere la casa che abbiamo sempre sognato. Cosa dire….. a distanza di tempo, mi ritengo soddisfatta del passo intrapreso con la int&ext Ristrutturazioni Roma, insomma alla fine è starà rivoluzionata la nostra casa ed i lavori si sono succeduti in modo eccellente, puntuale, professionale e specialmente trasparente. In ogni momento che veniva richiesta una decisione per la buona esecuzione dei lavori, le soluzioni venivano affrontate con tranquillità ed obiettività. Siamo partiti nello studio di soluzioni a noi consone, ma dopo aver visto le proposte di un eventuale ristrutturazione prospettate dal Geometra Paolo ed il suo staff, senza esitare, abbiamo deciso di ristrutturare la casa completamente.
