J'ai réservé un audioguide pour Pompeii avec headout.. Quelle surprise de découvrir qu'il fallait aller le chercher si loin de l'entrée. . Ressortir du site des ruines par la villa des misteres veut dire faire 1k800 pour le restituer en fin de journée, ça paraît juste énorme. Puis repartir dans l'autre sens pour rentrer à Naples.. Au final, plus de temps à marcher pour récupérer l'audioguide que de commentaires sur celui-ci.. Je ne recommande vraiment pas de réserver avec headout.. Et inStazione servici turistici..
I booked an audioguide for Pompeii with headout .. What a surprise to find that you had to pick it up so far from the entrance. . Getting out of the site of the ruins by the villa des misteres means doing 1k800 to restore it at the end of the day, it just seems enormous. Then go back in the other direction to return to Naples .. In the end, more time to walk to pick up the audio guide than comments on it .. I really do not recommend booking with headout .. Direkt nach dem aussteigen aus dem Zug wurden wir von einer tüchtigen Mitarbeiterin zum Counter gebeten, wo uns freundlich über das Angebot in und um Pompeji informiert wurden. Unter anderem über Audioguides für das Gelände des historischen Pompeji. Diese haben wir auch gern in Anspruch genommen. Nach kurzer Zeit, als wir im Labyrinth vom Pompeji eingetaucht sind, hat eines der Geräte immer wieder nach wenigen Sekunden nach eingeben der Ziffer versagt. Somit hatten wir nur noch ein funktionierendes Gerät. Bei der Rückgabe wollten wir lediglich freundlich darauf hinweisen, dass eines der Geräte kaputt ist. Leider war die freundliche Mitarbeiterin nicht mehr im Dienst, stattdessen zwei gelangweilte andere Kolleginnen. Diese beiden haben uns behandelt, als wären wir Idioten, die entweder das Gerät nicht bedienen oder sogar selbst kaputt gemacht hätten. Mehrmals hat die eine Kollegin uns unterstellt, dass Gerät fallen gelassen zu haben , anstatt uns zuzuhören. Während dessen gestikulierte die andere ständig „it’s magic“ wiederholend und die Augen rollend. So behandelt man Besucher der Stadt nicht und die beiden sollten nicht in Kunden Kontakt tätig sein. Es hat uns sehr geärgert, denn wir wollten eigentlich nur hilfreich sein.

When we returned it, we just wanted to kindly point out that one of the devices was broken. Unfortunately, the friendly employee was no longer on duty, instead two other bored colleagues. These two treated us like we were idiots who either didn't operate the device or even broke it ourselves. A colleague repeatedly accused us of dropping the device instead of listening to us. Meanwhile, the other kept gesturing "it's magic" repeatedly and rolling her eyes. This is not how visitors to the city are treated and the two should not be involved in customer contact. It really annoyed us, because we really only wanted to be helpful.

Fantastic service! Andrea and Domenico were extremely helpful by providing information and organising our trip to Pompeji. They even helped us with our train-tickets and explained us which train and boat we have to take for our onward journey. Rarely I met such a friendly and helpful team. Great experience and I wish you all the best and a lot of success.. I highly recommend this service. Thank you very much guys:-)
