★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alla fine di settembre ho chiamato un tecnico di caldaie 24 con sede a Osio sotto perché la mia caldaia andava in blocco ho pagato 70 euro senza aver risolto il problema. Successivamente ho contattato un altro tecnico specializzato Rinnai che fortunatamente ha capito il problema. Quest'ultimo mi ha pulito il ventilatore e la griglia di aspirazione che era completamente ostruita e rimesso i sali per la condensa nel sifone che il tecnico di caldaie 24 aveva tolto scambiandoli per calcare. Credo che sia molto grave!!! E per finire vista la difficoltà a risolvere il problema, mi ha consigliato di cambiare la caldaia, montata nuova nel 2017, proponendomi di installarne una di una marca che trattano loro, per fortuna che non mi sono lasciata abbindolare e ho chiamato persone competenti,pessima esperienza.

Nel mese di ottobre all accensione tutto bene, si fa per dire, dopo circa tre settimane , eravamo al freddo, ma l installatore nonché idraulico, esce e sistema, passa circa un mese e di nuovo al freddo, così per 5 mesi. Poi l idraulico non ha più risposto. ......
Insomma ragazzi un incubo......
Per nulla professionali!
