V	Virginio Romano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pur trovandosi all'interno dello splendido hotel Danieli, la struttura dove viene servita la cena e la saletta dove organizzano il ballo, fanno parte di un edificio moderno accorpato in seguito, che non ha certo il fascino del salone nella hall dell'hotel,dove secondo me avrebbero dovuto organizzare l'evento per renderlo davvero speciale. Deluso anche dalla cena minimal gourmet e dal servizio.sicuramente non lo consiglierei. Although located inside the splendid Danieli hotel, the structure where dinner is served and the room where they organize the dance, are part of a modern building merged later, which certainly does not have the charm of the lounge in the hotel lobby, where I think they should have organized the event to make it truly special. Also disappointed by the minimal gourmet dinner and the service. I certainly would not recommend it.

Quando la barca è arrivata a prenderci in zona San Marco era già piena..non so perché ma di sicuro a causa di una mal organizzazione. Alcune persone sono rimaste a terra, altre come noi, hanno effettuato il viaggio in piedi.. il tutto ha portato ritardo. A Murano abbiamo visto la dimostrazione della lavorazione e poi diretti in barca verso Burano dove sì, un'ora è poco tempo.. ancora meno dato i disguidi.. Mi aspettavo di meglio, anche perché 20 euro a testa non sono pochissimi. The tour is overall "nice" although I thought it was better organized. When the boat came to pick us up in the San Marco area it was already full..I don't know why but for sure because of a bad organization. Some people remained on the ground, others like us, made the journey on their feet .. all this led to delay. In Murano we saw the demonstration of the processing and then headed by boat to Burano where yes, an hour is little time .. even less given the misunderstandings .. I expected better, also because 20 euros per head is not very little.

Non c'era nessuna barca, quindi o non è mai partita o è partita in anticipo. Nessuno ha provato a contattarci, loro non rispondono al telefono!!!! Ovviamente non ci pensano nemmeno lontanamente a rimborsarti. Ci sono tante altre agenzie locali più serie e professionali. Bad. To be avoided absolutely !!!! Purchased tour of the islands. We showed up on time for the appointment. There was no boat, so either it never left or it left early. Nobody tried to contact us, they don't answer the phone !!!! Of course, they don't even think about reimbursing you in the slightest. There are many other more serious and professional local agencies.
g	gaetano “gidiemme” di mauro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho richiesto il 9.4.22 due ticket da 7 gg x act v con carta di credito , non ho ricevuto mail con ticket quindi li ho ripagati in biglietteria, da sabato 9 non riesco a contattare nessuno, nel weekend sono chiusi , oggi sempre il telefono in attesa.... perché allora sono attivi online per i ticket anche fi sabato? I requested 9.4.22 for two 7-day x act v tickets with credit card, I did not receive mail with tickets so I paid them back at the ticket office, from Saturday 9 I cannot contact anyone, at the weekend they are closed, today always the phone waiting .... so why are they active online for tickets also on Saturday?

Ho prenotato una visita guidata alla Basilica di San Marco il 25 aprile, ma non è stata comunicato però che in quel preciso giorno fosse disposta la chiusura della Basilica. Sono state inviate tre e-mail per la richiesta di rimborso, dato che la visita non è avvenuta, ma non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. The assistance leaves much to be desired. I booked a guided tour of the Basilica of San Marco on April 25, but it was not communicated, however, that on that precise day the Basilica was closed. Three refund request emails were sent, as the visit did not happen, but I have not received any response.

e	eugene ely on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Requested San Marco Basilica tkt. They proceeded to sell me a San Marco Campanile tkt. Campanile tkt 13€, Basilica tkt 3€, 20€ difference for 2 tix, surprise surprise. No refunds and no listening to any objections to this. BEWARE, and take your biz elsewhere.
C	Carlos Bernal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked via Expedia. We received a confirmation email for time and place to start the tour: Campo San Bortolomio, Campo S. Bortolomio, 30124 Venezia VE, Italy. No one showed up to start the tour and there were other guests waiting. We waited and even called the support number only to receive a recording saying the offices were closed. Expedia cannot contact the company, so refuses to provide a refund. Buyer beware.
