N	Naohiro Takahara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夫婦で利用しました。学生街にあるゲストハウス。一階にレストラン兼飲み屋があるので夜は少し騒がしいです。利用は8月中旬だったのですが、周りのトラットリアが夏季休業中でなければ、もう少し便利だったのではと思い、少し残念。学生がいる期間は、さらに騒がしい予感がします。エアコンの温度設定が変えられず、しかも音がうるさいのでマイナスポイント。部屋が日本式の3階にあるため、狭くて急な階段を登らねばならないので体力に自信がない場合はご注意を。部屋は古いですが、綺麗に掃除されていました。なお、一階にあるレストランは、お腹空いてどうしようもない場合の利用時以外はあまりオススメしません。 We used in couple. A guest house in a student district. There is a restaurant and bar on the first floor so it is a bit noisy at night. It was in mid-August, but I was a little disappointed that I thought it would be a little more convenient if the surrounding trattoria was not closed during the summer. I feel even more noisy when there are students. Negative point because the temperature setting of the air conditioner cannot be changed and the sound is noisy. Be careful if you are not confident in your physical strength because the room is on the 3rd floor in Japanese style, so you have to climb a steep and narrow staircase. The room was old, but it was cleanly cleaned. The restaurant on the first floor is not recommended unless you are hungry and you can't help.

T	Taybah Yoonus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and convenient place since there are cafes around. Also the house keeper was very sweet and gave us tips on the surroundings and where to visit. Try the Turkish kebab place which is about 10mins around the block close to cafe majer best kebab ever
M	Michael on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me start by saying that I chose this place because I read so many good reviews on TripAdvisor which turned out to be for a totally different place with a similar name. Be warned that InLaguna is a very common name in Venice so check the address if reading reviews (this one is Dorsoduro 2314). This place is located near the university with quite a bit of noise. Nice to be away from the more touristy area however it’s located directly above a restaurant and very noise bar so you end up with drunk people screaming all night. Was told I was getting a queen bed and we got two very uncomfortable singles pushed together instead. The shower stall is tiny (a little bigger than 2 feet by 2 feet) and full of mood so trying to shower is an adventure. The air conditioning looks like it’s from the 80’s and is very noisy at night but better than the screaming outside. Location wasn’t bad (outside of the loud restaurant and bars below) in terms of a short walk to the centre of the city. The wifi was basically unusable because it was so slow - to be exact the speed was 0.38 Mbps as I actually measured it. Barely fast enough to do just email. The owner seemed very nice and the housekeeper was very friendly and helpful. Since the location doesn’t have a lobby we ended up having to pay extra somewhere else to leave our bags securely (they did offer for us to just leave them in the hallway which didn’t seem like a viable option). Overall, not worth the price in my opinion - better Venice options exist!
A	Ahmet Turan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice room. A lot of restaurants nearby. About 15 minutes walk from parking lot. Comfortabke bed, easy check in. Nice surprise, small kitchenette in the room with some leftover pasta from previous customers... Small real fridge that can produce ice
J	John Doe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a short walk from the bus terminal and located in a quiet enough street. There are places to eat in the same block and it's a pleasant walk to all the usual tourist spots. The room was a decent size with a small built in kitchenette should you want to self cater.
