Servizio veramente eccellente, personale molto gentile e disponibile! Consigliatissimo! I was looking for a guitar amplifier, and I stumbled upon this musical instrument shop on the internet. I found exactly what I was looking for among their products, I contacted them and they sent it to me in just one day! Truly excellent service, very nice and helpful staff! Highly recommended!

Una volta scelto abbiamo portato il sax in laboratorio per delle modifiche (a mia richiesta) fatte in pochissimi minuti! È stato fin da subito molto accogliente e gentile! Tornerò sicuramente per qualsiasi cosa. Great shop, well stocked for sax. I was welcomed by Antonio, who helped me choose the right sax for me. Once we had chosen, we took the sax to the laboratory for some changes (at my request) made in a few minutes! He was immediately very welcoming and kind! I will definitely come back for anything.

Per un sassofonista, Raffaele Inghilterra è un riferimento importante. Oltre ad essere fornito di tutto, ha un laboratorio di riparazione eccellente. Dal momento in cui sono entrato, fino alla fine, sono stato seguito con molta premura da Antonio, una persona molto competente, gentile e dotata di una forte empatia che gli permette di aiutare il cliente in maniera impeccabile. Ogni persona che è entrata, è stata trattata con i guanti bianchi. Dopo aver scelto lo strumento sono stato accompagnato al laboratorio per delle modifiche che sono state fatte immediatamente, favorendo ogni mia richiesta di modifica. Questo ha reso il sassofono perfetto alla mie mani. Sono tornato a casa con il sorriso, soddisfatto e senza alcun dubbio sul mio acquisto; questo è avvenuto non solo perché ho acquistato uno strumento professionale top di gamma, ma anche perché ogni mia perplessità espressa è stata sempre chiarita da Raffaele ed Antonio a cui vanno i miei più sinceri ringraziamenti e complimenti. I have been a customer for several years, and I have always found maximum availability, both for purchases of a certain importance and for minimal accessories. Of course it is not a place for recreation and entertainment, so the owner and employees present themselves with great professionalism and discretion: perhaps this is what some reviewers have indicated as "lack of courtesy".
