I bought a used musical instrument from Follie Musicali (shop I didn't know). All very transparent, The very friendly owners immediately communicated the details of the (fast) shipment to me and later helped me to track it down. The instrument arrived well packaged and conformed to the description. All in all a great shopping experience. Strongly recommended.
