D'ora in poi sara' il mio punto di riferimento per tutti gli altri futuri acquisti. Attenzione al cliente, professionalita' e prezzi davvero competitivi, bastano per esaltarne le loro qualita'. Ho ordinato da loro un dfam della Moog e c'è stato qualche ritardo. La cosa importante però è che il ritardo non è stato causato da loro e anzi il negozio è stato attentissimo alle mie domande, in costante comunicazione e attenzione verso il cliente. Altre esperienze di acquisto online erano state molto ma molto più brutte, mentre loro hanno saputo gestire una situazione di stress con grandissima professionalità e attenzione. Super super consigliato per acquisti online e immagino dal vivo siano ancora più attenti al clienti. Grazie mille! Customer-focused shop. Other online shopping experiences had been much, much uglier, while they were able to manage a stressful situation with great professionalism and attention. Il prodotto era ancora imballato, ma mi hanno mostrato la loro disponibilità molto rapidamente, nonostante fosse un po' affollato. Ed ecco che in un batter d'occhio ho provato la consolle per DJ. Le spiegazioni sono state molto esaustive, mi hanno accontentato in tutto, nonostante io sia una persona abbastanza asfissiante. Il lavoro di squadra, la competenza in materia, la cordialità e la passione per il proprio lavoro completano la magnificenza del posto, rendendolo unico nel suo genere. Altra nota positiva, di non poco conto, è la pazienza di tutto il personale, che ha risposto con prontezza alle mie infinite domande. Uno dei titolari è stato da subito disponibile e i dipendenti non sono stati da meno. Una vera e propria famiglia unita per un solo scopo, "vendere la musica". Nessun litigio, nessuno che urla da un posto all'altro, cosa che capita continuamente in altri negozi o attività commerciali e spesso, anzi quasi sempre, reca un forte imbarazzo nel cliente, che alla fine desiste dall'acquisto e si reca presso altri. Riassumendo è il posto adatto a persone, che come me, cercano spiegazioni professionali, vogliono togliersi ogni dubbio, ma soprattutto si aspettano di essere trattati con gentilezza e cordialità... No quarrel, no one screaming from one place to another, which happens all the time in other shops or commercial activities and often, indeed almost always, causes a strong embarrassment in the customer, who eventually gives up buying and goes to others. In summary, it is the right place for people who, like me, seek professional explanations, want to remove any doubts, but above all expect to be treated with kindness and cordiality ...
