★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato una porta due ante a soffietto. Arrivata velocemente, bene imballata. Probabilmente invece di ridurre 0,5 centimetri dalla misura che ho fornito, sono stati aggiunti. Magari sbaglio io, tuttavia nel mio caso ho potuto rimediare facilmente.
I ordered a double folding door. Arrived quickly, well packed. Probably instead of reducing 0.5cm from the measurement I provided, they were added. Maybe I'm wrong, however in my case I could easily fix it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima non posso dire altro ho ricevuto la porta già fallata e non per il trasporto perché l’imballaggio era perfetto senza segni di contusioni. Scrivo immediatamente fine marzo dopo ripetute mail dove mi chiedono le foto per ben 5 volte con intervalli di 15/20 giorni al mio sollecito richiesta di nuovo si foto ovviamente tutte inviate ad oggi il nulla . Solo alla mia ultima mail un po’ più infervorata mi fanno sapere che apriranno un sinistro con il corriere anche se io gli ho confermato più volte che l’imballaggio era perfetta e che la porta era già partita fallata dalla fabbrica . E ad oggi il nulla totale ….. Sconsigliatissimo non tanto per il prodotto quanto per il servizio

I write immediately at the end of March after repeated emails where they ask me for photos 5 times with intervals of 15/20 days to my prompt request again photos obviously all sent to today nothing. Only on my last e-mail, a little more fervent, do they let me know that they will open a claim with the courier even though I have confirmed several times that the packaging was perfect and that the door had already left the factory faulty. And today the total nothing ... .. Not recommended not so much for the product as for the service

Ho ordinato un normalissimo controtelaio, misura standard, già presente nel loro sito. Ma non c'è la possibilità di fare resi!! Bella furbata, non mi sembra regolare dal punto di vista legale. Mica ci ho fatto scrivere il mio nome sopra!!!
Non ho affatto sbagliato negozio, l'ordine è a nome della mia società!
