R	Raffaele Lamanna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scrivo questa recensione dopo due mesi che sono entrato in casa e, quindi, ho avuto modo di testare il lavoro svolto ed iniziare ad apprezzare la tenuta termica degli infissi e la fattezza delle porte interne. Che dire, sulla qualità non si discute, a Milano i caloriferi sono accesi dal 14 ottobre ma noi solo da qualche giorno abbiamo iniziato a sentirne la necessità. Massima puntualità sulla consegna ed installazione a Milano. Avevamo stabilito a fine giugno la data del 25 agosto che è stata rispettata con fine lavori anticipata rispetto al previsto. Instancabili lavoratori. Avendo scelto una ditta del sud per un lavoro a Milano, avevo mille dubbi in caso di problemi su come risolverli. A parte che problemi non ce ne sono stati ma in ogni caso il titolare Giuseppe si è dimostrato sempre disponibile anche in video call su whatsapp per un mio dubbio. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Fortemente consigliato. Oltre alla qualità dei materiali in PVC, alla vasta scelta di colori e al prezzo competitivo rispetto ad altre ditte che vantano pari qualità, abbiamo potuto apprezzare anche la professionalità del personale che ci ha assistito dalla prima fase di contatto a quella di montaggio, offrendoci anche utili suggerimenti per la manutenzione. Ottima scelta, la consigliamo sicuramente! C	Carlo Spina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di fronte alla necessità di ristrutturare i vecchi infissi in castagno (di circa 60 anni), ho valutato l’ipotesi di sostituirli con altri nuovi in pvc, insonorizzati e coibentati. Ricercando sul web, ho incrociato il sito di quest’azienda a cui ho richiesto un preventivo per e-mail; risposta rapidissima e prezzo ben più basso della concorrenza. Il sopralluogo per la presa delle misure è stato effettuato direttamente dal titolare, e lo stesso dicasi per il successivo montaggio, fatto con scrupolo e dedicandovi tutto il tempo necessario. A mio giudizio, il rapporto qualità/prezzo del lavoro finito è molto alto. Le specifiche tecniche dei nuovi infissi rientrano ampiamente nei limiti previsti da legge per beneficiare dell’ecobonus (la Certificazione fornita è adeguata e congruente per tale beneficio), grazie al quale, in 10 anni, rientrerò del 50% della spesa sostenuta sotto forma di detrazioni o di rimborsi fiscali. Alla fine, il costo “netto” sarà pari al prezzo richiestomi dal falegname per restaurare i vecchi infissi in legno (ripristino dal dubbio risultato funzionale ed estetico, che certamente non avrebbe portato miglioramenti dal punto di vista della coibentazione e dell'insonorizzazione). In the end, the "net" cost will be equal to the price requested by the carpenter to restore the old wooden window frames (restoration of the dubious functional and aesthetic result, which certainly would not have brought improvements from the point of view of insulation and soundproofing).
