Abbiate almeno la decenza di dirlo, che comportamento è ignorare le richieste di potenziali clienti?

They do not respond to requests for quotes, completely ignoring the customer, evidently because they are not very profitable jobs.
At least have the decency to say, what kind of behavior is it to ignore requests from potential customers?
