Il montaggio è durato 4 giorni e alla fine il risultato era in linea con le attese. Il sistema ad argano degli avvolgibili in luogo della classica fettuccia è un po' delicato: non potrete ripararlo da voi. L'assistenza Drutex è intervenuta per i fermi di una zanzariera mancanti, un bastone piegato e un avvolgibile, ma dopo il loro intervento i problemi si sono risolti, per fortuna. ... Revisione dopo 3 anni: sto aspettando da circa 9 mesi un fermo di ricambio di una zanzariera, che nel frattempo si era rotto. Niente da fare finora! I ordered the fixtures around April 20th, assembly started May 15th. The estimate, including the bins, was among the most convenient of those received. The assembly lasted 4 days and in the end the result was in line with expectations. The winch system of the blinds instead of the classic tape is a bit delicate: you cannot repair it yourself. Drutex assistance intervened for the stops of a missing mosquito net, a bent stick and a roller shutter, but after their intervention the problems were solved, fortunately. ... Overhaul after 3 years: I have been waiting for about 9 months for a spare catch of a mosquito net, which in the meantime had broken. Nothing to do so far!

T	Tiziano Romanelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho conosciuto l'azienda perché il fornitore a cui avevo ordinato gli infissi mi ha preso in giro per 2 mesi senza mai consegnarmi un bel niente e trattenendo inoltre l'acconto. Ho iniziato così a chiedere dei preventivi on line e in giro ma avevo urgenza imminente per poter entrare dentro casa nuova. Luca mi ha contattato e mi ha detto subito che il suo modo di lavorare è ottimo e usa prodotti di primo livello a partire dalla ferramenta usata per l'installazione ma soprattutto mi ha dato una data precisa di consegna. Ho accettato il preventivo che era anche uno tra i più concorrenziali ma gli ho detto che gli infissi dovevano arrivare non oltre la data stabilita! Fatto il bonifico dell'anticipo ero scettico in merito a tutto il sistema perché era un'azienda conosciuta tramite preventivi on line poi mi ha dato troppe garanzie verbali in maniera repentina quindi maturava in me un preconcetto di una potenziale truffa, invece devo dire che tutte le parole dette da Luca sono state confermate dai fatti e questa è la cosa più importante. Ieri mi hanno consegnato e montato le finestre che sono di una qualità e robustezza sorprendente per non parlare del lavoro certosino che hanno fatto i ragazzi con materiali Wurth quindi di garanzia a vita! Ringrazio ancora tutto lo Staff e Luca che è una persona molto professionale ma soprattutto precisa e cristallina! I accepted the quote which was also one of the most competitive but I told him that the fixtures were to arrive no later than the established date! After the bank transfer of the advance I was skeptical about the whole system because it was a company known through online quotes then it gave me too many verbal guarantees in a sudden way therefore a preconception of a potential scam matured in me, instead I must say that all the words spoken by Luca have been confirmed by the facts and this is the most important thing. Yesterday they handed me and mounted the windows which are of surprising quality and robustness not to mention the painstaking work that the boys have made with Wurth materials and therefore a lifetime guarantee! Thanks again to all the staff and Luca who is a very professional person but above all precise and crystal clear!

Il preventivo è stato il più conveniente dei 7 ottenuti e quindi mi sono affidato a InfissiPVC. Le 5 finestre ordinate sono arrivate nel giro di 2 settimane e quindi il momento del montaggio é arrivato inaspettatamente dopo 20 giorni dall'ordine. L'operazione finestre é durata 3 giorni intensi ma alla fine si é tutto concluso con la piena soddisfazione mia e di mia moglie, i tecnici hanno lavorato intensamente, con precisione, competenza e hanno sempre rispettato le fondamentali norme di sicurezza. Ottimo lavoro Luca, quando decideró di sostituire le rimanenti 4 finestre non avró bisogno di fare nessuna ricerca di mercato! The quote was the most convenient of 7 obtained and then I relied on InfissiPVC. The 5 windows ordered came within 2 weeks and therefore the assembly time has arrived unexpectedly after 20 days from the order. The operation windows is lasting three days intense but ultimately it's all ended with full satisfaction for me and my wife, engineers have been working intensively with precision, skill and have always respected the basic safety standards. Great job Luca, when I decide to replace the remaining four windows I will have no need to do any market research!
